Partnership with Awqaf Dubai — An Endowment with Lasting Impact
RSI signed a cooperation agreement with the Awqaf and Minors’ Affairs Foundation in Dubai to establish an endowment for RSI schools. The initiative creates a sustainable source of support for education, students, and families, while promoting a culture of charitable giving, endowment, and social responsibility.
Strategic Partnership Agreements
On the sidelines of the closing ceremony of the National Reading Project at the Mohammed VI Tower, RSI signed four strategic partnership agreements with Moroccan ministries and bodies, strengthening the project’s presence and expanding its educational and cultural impact nationwide.
National Libraries — A Home for Knowledge and the Memory of Society
As part of its national initiatives in Morocco, RSI launched the “National Libraries: A Second Home for the Moroccan Family” initiative in partnership with the ministries responsible for education, higher education, and culture, alongside library directors and custodians. The initiative strengthens the role of libraries in nurturing a generation that reads, learns, thinks, and innovates.
Empowering School Leaders and Traditional Schools
The National Reading Project provided educational and technical support to leaders of educational institutions and traditional Atiqa schools, as well as Arabic language supervisors across Morocco. This strengthened their capacity to implement the project, maintain effective communication, and continue developing its methods and practices nationwide.
Empowering Arabic Language Teachers
The National Reading Project provided professional and educational support to Arabic language teachers and teachers across other subjects. Through practical guidance and resources, the project helped them develop students’ reading skills, strengthen critical thinking, and foster a lasting love of reading in support of its wider objectives.
Crowning the Winners in Morocco
The closing ceremony of the project’s second edition, held at Mohammed VI Tower, celebrated the winners in the Well-Read Teacher, University Student, and Well-Read Pupil categories. The event crowned a journey of reading, perseverance, and excellence, while reflecting the project’s impact across Morocco.
Launch of Street Maths 2
For the second year running, Street Maths offered students an interactive experience combining creative thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork, transforming mathematics into engaging challenges and puzzles explored through collaboration and enjoyment.
